Eat it for breakfast or dessert! Either way, it’s sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and healthy enough to eliminate any regrets afterwards! This recipe is so simple and I love making these because they look so elegant when they are done.
You can make many different variations of this recipe. Try adding different kinds of fruits- blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or mangoes would be a great addition to the raspberries I have in the photo above. You can also try sprinkling it with honey right before you eat it for an extra sweet kick! While I went off and made my own version of this snack, another similar recipe can be found here from Delish.
Timing:
- Prep 5 Minutes
- Bake 10-12 Minutes
- Total Time: about 35 minutes
Ingredients: Makes 12 servings
- 2 Cups of Granola (or granola cereal)
- 2/3 Cup of Honey
- 2 Cups of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 24 Raspberries
Directions:
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola and honey (it’s gonna get sticky!) In a greased muffin tin, press the granola and honey mixture into each muffin cup, using the form of the tin to make each cup.
Bake the cups for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola starts to golden. Take the cups out of the oven and refrigerate until cool, about 20 minutes. Once cool, place a dollop of greek yogurt inside each cup and top with the raspberries (or fruit of your choice) Feel free to drizzle with honey as well. Enjoy!
Love it Kate — sounds delish and very healthy — best on the blog!
