No holiday meal is complete without brie! In my house, we always have brie out as an appetizer during the holidays and I decided to kick it up a notch this year at Thanksgiving by making these brie and cranberry bites from Delish (original recipe and video here) These bites are simple and easy to make and will be a hit at your next holiday get together!
Timing:
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients: makes 24 bites
- 1 Tube Crescent Dough
- Flour for rolling out the dough
- 1 Wheel of Brie
- 1 Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 even squares. Separate the squares and place them into the muffin tin slots.
Cut the brie into small squares and place one piece in each of the muffin tin slots with the crescent dough.

Place brie pieces inside crescent dough
Then, top the brie and dough with the cranberry sauce mixture.

Continue to top each bite with chopped pecans and sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Top each bite with pecans and rosemary
Bake the bites for 15 minutes, until the dough is golden. Serve warm and enjoy!
In addition to these bites, we also made similar bites with apricot jam and toasted walnuts. I would recommend trying both to add some variety to your appetizer!
Looks amazing! I wanted to try something like this!
